Should you be interested in being the sole listing representative for a particular state I would be happy to discuss that with you. This of course would be on a first come, first serve basis. The fee to be the sole listing representative for any one state will be $100.00 per month for up to 250 home listings. There will be an additional charge for exceeding the limit of 250 home listings.
